We grow a variety of vegetables and herbs employing organic methods. As a small farm that sells directly to consumers, we have not yet chosen to pursue an organic certification. We are very open with our growing methods and encourage questions and conversation.
Here’s an idea of what you can expect in our CSA or at our markets throughout the season…
Spring – kale, swiss chard, head lettuce, arugula, baby kale, spinach, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, scallions, spring onions, cilantro, parsley, carrots, beets, garlic scapes, sugar snap peas
Summer – heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, sauce tomatoes, sweet peppers, hot peppers, eggplant, carrots, beets, zucchini, cucumbers, onions, shallots, kale, swiss chard, basil, fresh garlic
Fall – kale, swiss chard, head lettuce, arugula, baby kale, spinach, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, parsley, carrots, beets, garlic, onions, shallots, winter squash, brussel sprouts, kohlrabi, sweet potatoes
